dear,
firstly, fine lines is normal. vaseline dont help much. just put an eye gel/cream to soothe it. in few days it will become normal again..
second, when the skin is dry it will become itchy. its normal coz its telling you that its extremly dehydrated. thats why you can see your fine lines more obvious. vaseline dont help much. just put an eye gel/cream to soothe it. in few days it will become normal again..
when its not itchy, means your skin is back to normal again..

It's not unusual, even for teenagers, to have under-eye bags. However, most of the time, it's hereditary, and those kids have had the wrinkles for most of their life. My brother, for example, had very light eye-circles when he was young. As he got older, they grew much more noticeable. Even though he's only 11 years old, the wrinkles have grown prominent. Are you under stress? Stress or lack of sleep can make under-eye marks appear, especially if that stress/weariness lasts a long time. If you've moved, the changes in your environment could cause wrinkles. Have you used any new facial products? I suppose there's a chance that could cause sagging. I would guess, though, that the wrinkles are simply due to aging. If they simply appeared out of nowhere over the course of a few days, it may be best to do some online research or call your doctor if you really want to know what caused the problem.

Get plenty of sleep, use a good moisturizer, don't smoke and stay out of the sun, or use a high quality sunscreen if you want to avoid wrinkles. It could be a stye or allergies, might want to make a run to the doctor's office just to check. Good luck :)

It's dry dead skin under there that is causing this. Try using a warm wash cloth under your eye. And also use an eye cream

if it's only on one eye it may be stye eye. be careful it's contagiuos. or it could be an infection as well. don't rub it or touch it you are only transfering more bacteria into the eye and won't heal faster. try washing with warm water and they also have stye eye meds over the counter and you can also put a warm compress on it.

it's not an age wrinkle; it's from dry skin. when my skin is really dry i get wrinkles that kinda scare me, but they go away when youre skin is adequately hydrated. if youre that worried about it, go to a doctor and they could give you some advice.
