Obviously, I don't think this is any substitue for an acutal doctor, I just like to have an idea of what the doc will say before I go. :)

If anyone cares to take a crack at it~

-Headache
-Mild Fatigue
-Stuffy Nose
-Post Nasal Drip
-Nasal discharge is mainly clear, occasionally a little green
-I little sinus pressure, but not similar to sinus infections I've had in the past.
-I think I may have had a slight fever yesterday, but I don't think so today.

sounds like your basic common cold. it should clear out within 10-14 days. the dr won't give you anything for it as colds are viral and there is no cure.

try these steps for some relief

-if you have one, use a warm mist humidifier in your room while you sleep. this will help keep the air from drying out and irritating your throat and nose while sleeping. it will also help to break up the stuffy nose and any chest congestion you might have.

-take a hot shower-the steam will do the same thing the humidifier does

-drink warm tea w/honey. avoid the lemon-the acid will iritate your throat

-take nyquil at night to help w/your symptoms and help you sleep

-make sure to drink plenty of fluids. colds tend to wipe out your fluid levels and you run high risk of getting dehydrated. gatorade, water, and sprite (or similar) are best

-make sure that if you are taking cold medicines-no NOT take tylenol or motrin with it. cold medicines already contain either tylenol or motrin and you don't want to overdose

rest as much as possible-this is your body's best way of bouncing back

- Headache: take some aspirin
- Mild Fatigue: take a nap
- Stuffy nose: blow your nose (maybe take a Sudafed)
- Post nasal drip: see "stuffy nose"
- Sinus pressure: see "stuffy nose"
- Slight fever: probably not

I think you have the bubonic plague, maybe Lou Gehrig's disease. You should take a nap.
