When should I start feeling the baby move in my 2nd pregnancy?? I was sure I could feel it moving at about 6 weeks lol (ok I know thats ridiculous, but thats what it felt like). But i could have sworn i felt it again at about 11 weeks - but i havent felt move it for about a week now (i am about 13 weeks pregnant now).

When do people usually feel movement in 2nd pregnancy?

I believe on the first pregnancy because you don'tknow what it feels like..it's usually 18 or 20 weeks...on a subsequent pregnancy , it's usually 14 or 15 weeks. But if you had been feeling the baby and don't feel it now, you might want to consult your Dr.

If this is your second pregnancy then you are probably more familiar with what the movement will feel like. You are just at the beginning of your 2nd trimester, so you could probably feel something by now, but definitely not kicking or anything hard at this point. My sister-in-law is 18 weeks with her first and she THINKS she has felt movement at this point. We haven't been able to feel the baby kick from the outside yet. If you really feel like you are sure the baby was moving and now you don't feel anything I would call your doctor and have a scan done to be safe. It will make you feel better to see that the baby is okay, and it will definitely be better for you and the baby if you don't carry the stress and worry.

When I was pregnant with my first child I didn't felt the movement until 4 months of pregnancy. But with my second pregnancy I felt the movement as early as 10 weeks of pregnancy. Kinda weird maybe because on the first pregnancy I didn't really know what it feels like the movement of a baby. All pregnancy are different from one another.

In my first pregnancy I felt baby moving at 17 weeks. After having him and even upto this day I swear I sometimes feel the same thing but its just because I never noticed it before because I didnt know what it felt like! That could be why you thought you felt baby move at 6 weeks.

Ive heard in second pregnancys you can feel baby move from about 14 weeks onwards but I really dont think there is much to worry about because it could have just turned another direction (if you really did feel it before). Its when youre 19 weeks onwards that you should *sort of* keep track on baby's movements!

Everyone's differant. You should start to feel movement in your second trimester, (4-6 months,) It feels like butterflies fluttering. baby sleeps alot, so you might or might not get them to wake! Talk to baby, play some loud stimulating music, move around. Get some oil, rub it on your tummy, with firm strokes, baby will move.

Becuase you know what the feelings are you should feel them a bit earlier, around 17 weeks.

What you might be feeling is the uterus expanding and changing shape to accomodate the new arrival!

Good luck with your pregnancy!
