They will pretty much look like they do now. Most major cities are mature and there's little change and construction going on.

In 50 years, most cities on the *current* coasts will be underwater. Most big cities will be further inland and the current cities we have now will be the future ghettos of the much larger city it will become.

Thats what I think.
