Yes, I had the exact same thing. Things are just starting to stretch....those pains will go away in a few weeks.
I found that those pains happened if I leaned over the bed in a standing position....like if I was standing at the edge of the bed, and reaching over the bed to pull a blanket to my side....like when you make the bed.
They were so bad, I couldn't move, but they just disappeared a week later.

There could be many reasons for this, some pain is normal (from growing/stretching ligaments) some is abnormal (from ectopic pregnancy, which rarely occurs) - my suggestion, any time you feel sharp pain so bad that you lay in bed and cry, it's time to get to the doctor! Good luck!

Yes, this is very normal. Don't be like me and go to the hospital....lol. My pains were so intense, that I was doubling over, thinking that there was something seriously wrong. Only to find out that my body was just streaching. I felt like such a fool, and my husband will never let me live this down :) Anyway, I just pray to God that I'm able to handle the real labor.....only three months to go, and the pains have subsided.

get it checked out as soon as possible. More than likely it is stretching ligaments, but the possibility of ectopic is very scarey. If it is an ectopic pregnancy and it ruptures your tube you could die very quickly.
The chances of it being ectopic are low for most people but it's worth getting it checked out to be sure.
Here is a good site with a list of symptoms.

Good luck

I saved getting poor scan outcome too! Just wait a couple of days then scan once more! Sounds like well information is coming your means! The first-class scan I have determined is Clear Blue Easy! Mine learn constructive earlier than the activator strip even mentioned the scan was once running! Lol! I do understand regardless that that if you're taking the ones earlier than your neglected interval exams they don't seem to be as amazing as for those who wait till a couple of days after your neglected interval! Just wait a couple of days! You have one of the vital equal signs I do! Best of success to you!

Pains r normal during preg. but it is bringing tears in ur eyes thn i think u shuld definately consult ur doctor because pains can b considered normal only when everything is ok with u & ur baby & if it is not followed by any sort of bleeding.
Take care & inform ur doc don't avoid it 2 get proper care & medication.

i had some sharp pain. when i went to the hospital they told me that the baby was growing in the right place and that its just from everything starting to stretch.
If i were you i would call your ob/gyn or primary doctor to see if its an ectopic pregnancy.
good luck to you and please get checked out asap.
