Rage when you get angry the saying is red mist

I thing it is down that when really angry you go red and your eyes get blood shot as your heart races with adrenalin

It's when you get angry - it clouds your judgement from why you're mad at the person/situation which has made you upset, & prevents you from thinking clearly.
