You don't need to know this. You WANT to know this.

If you feel that you need to know this then you have a thinking problem.

I don't like beer, personally. But my dad loves Corona! He likes to drink it from the bottle, and he puts a slice of lime in the neck of the bottle, but doesn't let it fall all the way in so that every sip has some lime in it. He swears it's the best beer ever. He even has Corona swim trunks and sandals since we tend to have big family BBQ dinners in the summer. Good luck with other answers!!

For me it is
Guinness

followed closely by:
Blackened Voudoo
Sarnac Black Forest Ale
Black Dog
ok I am seeing a pattern here...
I like dark beers...

As for lighter beers I like
Labbats Blue
Killians Red
Honey Brown

And for beer that pretty much equates to water I will drink
Rolling Rock
Budwiser
MGD

It depends on what KIND of beer you like. I prefer Newcastle and Shiner Bock. American lagers are a bit like crappy champagne, and by FAR, the worst is... (drumroll, please) that's right, Coors light. The reason Coors light tastes so foul is because of it's source. The urinal trough inside Slappy's bar in Golden Showers, Colorado. For PR reasons, Coors dropped the word " showers" and now you have Golden, Colorado. It's a fact. You can look it up, if you're not too embarrassed to be seen holding the worst beer in the world.

Before you can get the answer you're looking for, it'd be helpful to know if you like light or dark, American or imported, etc.
For dark, I always go with Guinness. It's rich, foamy, classic.
For light, I often jump around. There are so many brands that I usually just buy one bottle at a time for a specific meal and match my drink to my food.

Brand = "Fuller's" hands down, most beers are judged based on Fuller's. If you have never had a Fuller's start with the ESB.

Beer = "Beast Ice", I heard it is the best way to get drunk friends out of your house after a party.

It's all a matter of taste. In the summer, I like to drink Corona with a lime. Other times, I really like Samuel Adams and Amstel Light.

Impossible to say (also for wines, spirits etc.) since the tastes are sooo different. Even a very high price doesn't mean it's The Best!
