What exactly is she doing to make you suspicious? First off, sit her down and talk to her ... explain what's bothering you and see if you can talk it out. Sometimes people handle stress in different ways; maybe she's stressed and withdrawing slightly. Reiterate to her how much you care about her and how important the relationship is to you; see what her response is. Then you can go from there.
