It won't be overnight. It will take a couple of days to get the deep waves. Go and get your hair cut and then shampoo and condition it. Buy a Doo-Rag, Wave grease, a natural bristle brush(the stiffer the better). Apply the wave grease to your hair. Add a little water to your brush, shake off excess water.Brush your hair in the direction of the wave pattern you want. Then apply the doo-rag. You will have to do this two times a day and around the fourth day, you will have waves.

You can't get natural waves overnight. It just doesn't work like that. If you want instant waves get a $4 s-curl kit from family dollar or just about any other store. they won't look as nice as natural waves and it will only last for a week or 2 but it is the easy, quick and cheap way to get waves in your hair.

If you want waves the natural way follow these instructions.
1.)brush A LOT. Always keep you're brush on you.

2.)make sure you wash your hair regularly. It is best to wash your hair at least 2 times a week. Also use a conditioner.

3.) make sure the bristles on your brush are hard enough. For short hair use a softy and for longer hair use a medium or hard brush.)

4.) Make sure you're brushing right. Start from the center of the scalp and brush outwards towards the hair line. Brush the sides in a slight slant.

5.) Protect your pattern by wearing a wave cap or durag at night.

Brushing is what develops your waves. The only thing that the wave cap and pomade does is enhance the look of the waves by weighing your hair down.
It will probably take a few weeks for you to see any results. If you want fresh waves all throughout your hair it will take a few months. It takes a lot of patience at first but it will get easier for you once you start seeing results.

not quite understanding the Q but try this:
if your hair is long enough, dry your hair until it's halfway dry,
apply gel sparingly through your hair, divide your hair in half, dry each section until done, twist until it forms a bun near your scalp, secure with hair clip- do the same to the otherside. give the bun a small spritz of hair spray and dry again for about a minute each bun. let it sit for a while- i do ohter morning stuff and i take it out just before i leave the house. run your fingers throu or use a wide tooth comb

if your hair is too short- half way dry, apply a little gel and use a round brush when drying- the smaller the round brush the shorter your hair. wrap the hair in the brush at the root and keep turning the brush until your hair falls out of it.

good luck!

sleep in some curlers. Not the tiny ones cause those will actually make your hair curly try the big-medium size cause those are too big to give a tight curl. If you don't want to sleep in them use them while your hair is wet and then hold a blow dryer over them until it is completely dry. that should do the trick.
