Yes Retard, I am working out. Weight lifting 5 days a week and Cardio 7 days a week

You don't say your sex or your activity level, so a bit hard to give you an accurate amount of calories to take in. But as your body fat isn't too high why not maintain you intake and just up your exercise? As you exercise you build up muscle mass, which consumes more calories, and cuts down on body fat being stored.
As you are already exercising, perhaps you could up the reps. or increase the weights? You really do sound like your on the right track.
Perhaps rather than lowering your calories, just make sure that you are not getting too many in the way of fats, etc.

Maintain muscle while cutting fat... with a diet? Are you serious?

You need more than just diet... You need to exercise to maintain muscle tone... Also you must drink a lot of water daily...
