It would depend on how you define better off and who 'we' is.

This is such a subjective question that there is no way you can answer it simply, but basically, the only way you might be better off is if you are a blonde haired, blue eyed, healthy European.

If you are anything but (gay, handicapped, minority, Jewish, gypsy, Polish or other Eastern European), probably not.

If you are an American, probably not. Depending on HOW the Nazi's won it would make a very big difference.

If the Nazi's had won, there never would have been the Cold War, which propelled America to the top superpower status. Our military would probably never have the global reach it has today, and along with the Nazi's winning may also come Japan winning..

But in all honesty, there are so many different ways the Nazi's could have won (say America came in on the Nazi side...) that you can't even speculate aside from saying that it almost certainly wouldn't have been as good for human rights and freedom as the Nazi's losing and then having their top staff tried for crimes against humanity.

Although, one thing to note is that the Middle East may be more stable today. That's probably the only place that would be significantly better, but that's speculation as well.

No it would not even be possible.Only 1/6 of the world is white.Had Germany hypothetically won the war then the world would be an Aryan place in Europe but the world would have scattered Aryan cities.There would be constant guerrilla attacks against Germany.The world would be in shambles.Hitlers dream would not come true.But it would be turned into something out of a nightmare.It would be an honor being born as a non-Aryan because you would be standing up for whats right.Being born as a Aryan would be unsafe because of the constant guerrilla attacks.Being 14 and non-Aryan I suppose I would be a guerrilla fighter.I have lots of friends that are white at school.But if the world turned out this way then I would see ALL white people as evil.And would probably join in on the guerrilla attacks against Hitler.

The Nazis or the Japanese could not have won in terms of global dominance. If they were able to produce a nuclear bomb before we did we would be in deep sh**. However, the political systems of all these fascist governments were too unstable so they were doomed from the start.

This is a very interesting question, if we had lost the war the world would have been a very different place than it is today. In some respects the EU has take over were the Nazis left of in trying to artificially create a single European country/state.
If the Germans had won the war we would never have found out about the extermination of the Jews, Israel would not have been created, the cold war would not have happened, we would not be involved in a war on terrorism etc.
Of cause we would have all been speaking German and probably wearing Hugo Boss designer clothing.
