I have kept them for a month or more. They are rather reslilient to spoiling. I know when they get green mold, they are "toast".

fresh lemons can be refrigerated as long as you want... the problem is after a day or two it is not fresh anymore!

Weeks. You know they're going bad when the color isn't as bright anymore, they're starting to shrivel a bit, and the green and white mold starts. Up to that point they're fine.
