They don't. All they have is blind faith, which means all they have is the desire to be sure. They have no better reason to be a Christian than a Muslim does to be a Muslim, a Buddhist to be a Buddhist, a Jew to be a Jew, etc.

This is a difficult question to answer because it involves discussing some principles that the person you are witnessing to may or may not agree with. For example, does he or she agree with you that truth is knowable, that God would attempt to communicate with His people, or that only one religion may be right? Usually, I start by acknowledging the difficulty of coming to an easy answer. However, I tell them that I do have an answer; I am sure it is the right one, because it is an answer based on evidence. What kind of evidence? Prophecy and its fulfillment (see question # 34), Jesus and His miracles, the resurrection of Christ, etc. Then I ask that person if he or she knows of these things happening in other religions.(1) The answer is invariably, "No." Then I point out that they have only happened in Christianity. If any religion were true, Christianity fits the bill.
Religion is whatever you feel is right.
How do you know what you feel is right? Haven't your feelings ever turned out to be wrong? Are you are saying that what you feel determines truth? If so, then you are putting yourself in the place of God, and looking to yourself for what you "feel" is right.
If religion is whatever you feel is right, then that could lead to chaos. What if some people had a religion where they felt stealing was acceptable? And what about lying and cheating? Would you trust someone who believed in a religion that felt it was all right to steal, lie, and cheat?
Hitler felt killing Jews was right. He was wrong. The Bible says that the heart is deceitful and untrustworthy (Jer. 17:9). If you could come to know truth by what you felt, then the Bible, which is the revelation of God, didn't need to be written. But, it has been written, and it has revealed that only God is the Source of truth, not your feelings.
I've never known truth to contradict itself. What if someone felt that something was right, and another person felt it was wrong? Would they both be right? If your statement is true, then how could there be a contradiction like that, if feelings determined truth?

Do the Witnesses believe that their religion is the only right one?
Anyone who is serious about his religion should think that it is the right one. Otherwise, why would he or she be involved in it? Christians are admonished: "Make sure of all things; hold fast to what is fine." (1 Thessalonians 5:21) A person should make sure that his beliefs can be supported by the Scriptures, for there is only one true faith. Ephesians 4:5 confirms this, mentioning "one Lord, one faith, one baptism." Jesus did not agree with the modern, relaxed view that there are many roads, many religions, all leading to salvation. Instead, he said: "Narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it." Jehovah's Witnesses believe that they have found it. Otherwise, they would look for another religion.—Matthew 7:14.
Do they believe that they are the only ones who will be saved?
No. Millions that have lived in centuries past and who were not Jehovah's Witnesses will come back in a resurrection and have an opportunity for life. Many now living may yet take a stand for truth and righteousness before the "great tribulation," and they will gain salvation. Moreover, Jesus said that we should not be judging one another. We look at the outward appearance; God looks at the heart. He sees accurately and judges mercifully. He has committed judgment into Jesus' hands, not ours.—Matthew 7:1-5; 24:21; 25:31.

Sxanthop already said this, but not in the same words I will use here, yes if people didn't or don't believe that theirs is the right religion then it would be pointless for them to practice it. Yet it is one thing to believe that a person has the truth and quite another thing to actually know it. But it is actually very important to know the truth from the Bible about both God and Jesus Christ(John17:3) What makes me sure of my God and my belief, well lets put it this way(24 years of Bible study)It does not take that long to find out the basics of truth in the Bible you can get the basic truth in the Bible within a fraction of that time, but that does not mean that after you learn the basics you have to stop learning about God and his attributes, no, but a person can keep searching for knowledge of the deep things of God, it is the way to get to know him and his goodness and truly get close to him. One of your answerers said don't Listen to Jehovah's Witnesses, but I say don't listen to Anyone but God himself through his word the Bible, when people like this answerer say things like about others beliefs and try to swerve other peoples beliefs away from God you can be pretty sure they are accusing others of their own attributes not the others whom they accuse mostly with lies. Jesus too was accused of things that were lies and Jesus also said that his followers would get the same persecutions as he did(John15:20).

Hinduism does NOT believe they have "the right one" since it is believed that all sincere paths to God are valid. Since Hinduism is all inclusive, it is, in my opinion the right one, but it is never arrogantly stated as such.

THE HOLY BIBLE (KJV) SAYS ,THERE IS ONLY 1 TRUTH
AND THE REST ARE LIES.RELIGION DOES NOT SAVE,IT
IS THE LORD JESUS CHRIST THAT CAN SAVE US AND ONLY HIS NAME HAS THE POWER, FOR THERE IS NO OTHER NAME UNDER HEAVEN .FOR HE SAID ,DO ALL THINGS IN MY NAME,JESUS CHRIST.
Joh:3:16: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Joh:3:17: For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Fulfilled prophecy and historical reliability.
The fact that Jesus Christ's tomb is empty, whereas all other religious "gurus" are still dead.
The fact that all religions are man's attempt to reach God, whereas Christianity is God trying to reach man and bring him into a close, loving relationship with him.
Just to name a few.
Oh, and don't listen to the Jehovah's Witness.
They claim their religion is biblical, but it's a cult.
