How should I know?
I've never been in the christian position.... so I can't really relate.
Frustration typically relates to emotion more than rational thinking however... and emotion is more strongly connected to religion than to athiesm...
SO... I would imagine that the christians probably get more frustrated. Afterall.. they genuinely want to convert the rest of us. Us non-theistic sorts don't really care about conversion at all; We'd rather the religious morons just leave us alone... basically.

Darwin was not an atheist he was a scientist. Science is not the basis of atheism. The person that views the theory of evolution as a more probable truth than the literal interpretation of Genesis is not by definition an atheist. The truths and possibilities revealed by science do not denigrate God's word they inform us of it.
So someone trying to convince a Christian of the correctness of evolution is not necessarily out to disprove God.
But we Christians who take a more liberal view of the scriptures in the context of the knowledge God has revealed to us since they were written, are very frustrated by those Christians that label us atheists.
Now what was the question? Oh yes, well it depends on the person. Atheist or Christian, the frustrated one will be the one that has no room in their mind for doubt, critical thinking, possibilities, and the idea that they might not know everything there is to know. So if the debate is between an avowed atheist and rigid fundamentalist they both are.

Atheists do not care to convert a Christian. Atheists wants the entire system of religion wiped out all together. Through the reality of education of the every one.

You've hit on the only subject I 'sit on the fence' for...
I believe the term is Agnostic (might be wrong)
I would have thought it would be more frustrating for an Atheist as Christians are supposed to be forgiving and not argumentative, but that's pure speculation...
Personally neither convinces me - Science still has not answered conclusively the big questions and only has theories to discuss - Religion is way to big a leap of faith for me however...
Agnostic it is.

Honestly, why waste the time?
People have a right to believe they want to believe. So why change them? I'd have to say a Christian who doesn't understand. People who don't try to understand things are just eh pointless to talk to. To change people is just wrong...if they chose to convert then good for them but God loves people the same so why worry about it all?

No one is frustrated if both are qualified. The Christian one prays "may God show the way" and the atheist accepts that ignorance happen on the ignorants.

The latter. Christians have a confident assurance that atheists find irritating. Christians have a belief in something whereas atheists have a belief in the absence of something...ie nothing. Darkness isn't something within itself, it's just the absence of light. Cold isn't something within itself, it's just the absence of warmth. Christians are simply told by God to make the truth (light/warmth) available to non-Christians. If they accept it, good. If not, walk away. It doesn't affect our eternities, we're only making the truth available out of love in the hope that others will find the same happiness, peace and contentment that we have.

Neither is frustrating!
However, I think it is frustrating to be in darkness - especially if you can't feel the presence of other people. So, you try by all means to draw them to your darkness. To be in the light on the other hand is not at all frustrating, 'cos you can see clearly and you cannot even stumble.

The Chrisian should be more frustrated because he/she knows what the final destination of the atheist will be.
The atheist doesn't believe( or so they claim) or care
