MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmarmite - top. I love it but my missus hates it. If she's been annoying me, I make a marmite sandwich and then kiss her!! - nearly didn't make it out alive after last time ..
Breats of chicken, covered with a light coating of marmite then baked or bar b q'd is excellent

I love it with cheese on toast.
* Spread the marmite thickly on two slices of bread
* Sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese over the top so that it just covers the marmite (not too much or you won't be able to taste it!)
* Place under the grill until the cheese is hot and sizzling.
* Eat!
My Mum also tends to mix a teaspoon of into the gravy. Tastes great.

I Love the Stuff!..
Toast one slice of bread on both sides until crisp and golden, then spread it generously with Marmite and top with the chopped tomatoes. Next tear some basil leaves and sprinkle them over the tomatoes.
Now season well with freshly milled black pepper and then drizzle with a big tasting extra virgin olive oil. Slice some Brie and lay it on top and grill until the cheese oozes and melts down the side of the toast. Finally toast the second slice of bread and place carefully on top of this delicious Marmite creation. Cut in half and enjoy…Coco

This question crops up regularly.
Yeah, used to be ok until nanny took most of the salt out of it a few years ago. I expect it'll be illegal to consume it in a public place soon!
