Hi Im 15, turing 16 in september. I train 4 times a week for football and constantly staying active.
Just recently ive began taking whey protein. Is this bad, im not yet going to the gym but i am always doing pushups and sittups.
My height is 174cm and 65kg. I wish to get to 72kg in the next 3-4 months.

Do you Think i should continue taking whey protein?

I think you should not take any artificial and unbalanced supplement. Especially without a doctor's guidance. But even so, it is best to take the nutrients you need from food. Eat many egg whites, lean meat, fish, lentils, and don't forget that you also need carbs to function, especially since you work out (pasta, a lot of fruits, sweets, etc).
