I usually hate when people take up a lot of space on an answer, but I have SO MANY quotes to share...these are only a few of them! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
"A day without laughter is a day wasted."
"Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die tomorrow!"
"Fear less, hope more;
Whine less, breathe more;
Talk less, say more;
Hate less, love more;
And all good things are yours."
"Today is the Tomorrow you worried about yesterday...think about it...was it worth it?"
"Every time you wake up and ask yourself, "What good things am I going to do today?", remember that when the sun goes down at sunset, it will take a part of your life with it."
"I do not want to get to the end of my life and find that I just lived the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as well."
"Here is the test to find whether your mission on Earth is finished: if you're alive, it isn't."
"Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment."
"The purpose of life is a life of purpose."
"Live to the point of tears...not only tears of sadness, but tears of joy as well."
"Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile."
"In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on."
"The tragedy of life is not that it ends so soon, but that we wait so long to begin it."
"Don't take life seriously because you can't come out of it alive "
"Dance like there's nobody watching
Love like you'll never get hurt
Sing like there's nobody listening
Live like it's heaven on earth
And speak from the heart to be heard. "

I don't think I have an exact favourite. There are too many wise and meaningful quotes. But when I recently graduated from high school, this one which somebody chose in the yearbook (originally from Bruce Lee) stood out in my opinion and related to my situation at the time:
"Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do."
Reminds me that we learn things mainly through practice and how actions speak louder than words.

Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off the goal --Henry Ford
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence therefore is not an act but a habit.---Aristotle

Favorite quote right now:
"The best things in life are unseen, that's why we close our eyes when we kiss, cry and dream."
Another favorite quote about life:
"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."

Wow, I guess I have a lot of favorite quotes - don't know if I have a LIFE one, but read these and see what you think:
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who matter don't mind, and those who mind don't matter." - Dr. Seuss
"When I die I want to go peacefully - in my sleep, like my grandfather did. Not yelling and screaming like the passengers in his car."
"Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another, "What! You too? I thought I was the only one!" - C.S. Lewis
Well, I hope that helps!

Don't take life too seriously, you won't get out alive.
I used to have a handle on life, and then it broke.
It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

"Those who matter do not judge; those who judge do not matter".
It tends to keep things in perspective for me and guards me from insignificant people. A very helpful tool!
