that's the jist of it. people are kidnapped, buried in the ground and fed, until they're made into meat at a factory (i think) and the town's people eat it, unknowing. I need the title, thanks.

...,far be it for me to be repetative, in leiu of my fellow question answerers, but yes, the film you described is indeed the 1980 production of "Motel Hell", starring Rory Calhoun and Nancy Parsons (of the 'Porky's' movies).
However, I'm pretty sure I have a little tidbit, which you just might be interested in; slated for late '07 or early '08, MGM and Dimension Pictures are collaborating on a remake of "Motel Hell".

i'm not sure but i think you mean motel hell.in the movies do yhe people heads be sticking out of the ground.
