There's no such thing as "sterilizing needles" anymore. Needles (and syringes) have been individual and disposable for at least the last 20 years!

They all come prepackaged that way now days. In case the person inserting it into the person being executed sticks themselves [ by accident.]

I didn't know they did. How do you know that they do?
If they do, it is probably in case it doesn't kill the person, they can't be sued for malpractice if that person gets an infection! LOL
