from a scientific stand point the universe itself is the most mysterious. we understand so so little about the whole thing! I understand the Bermuda triangle but it takes a long time to explain.
black holes are a complete and total mystery. the only way we can see them is if its a binary stars sharing space next to another star. then the black hole sucks in the light of the other star and illuminates a spiral pattern showing the hole itself. we cant tell much else about them, because they suck in radio waves, X-rays, infrared, light waves and everything else!

The Universe itself and what is beyond the Universe.
Black holes are postulated masses that have never been seen.
The Bermuda triangel is a nice area which vacationers enjoy to travel thru. However it is still believed that pirates still roam that area and pirate the ships that go by.The greatest mystery in the Universe is still ourselves.

There are thousands.... for example black holes, pulsars, quasars, and gamma rays coming from deep space and so on.... First of all the universe itself is big mystery. For me its black holes... because near a black hole time literally stops!!! ( at least according to theory of relativity ) and the starting point of big bang ( in physics terms "the singularity" ) at singularity all the physics laws go for a toss ;-)

Everything is a mystery in my opinion, but especially things like meaning of life or possibility of Extra Terrestrial beings, we know a lot more than our ancestors, but have still barely scratched the surface.
