They have these existing religious/political beliefs and they don't let FACTS get in the way.
You can cite all the well established scientific organizations (each representing tens of thousands of scientists) and how there is a scientific consensus (based on OBSERVATIONS, EXPERIMENTATION, MODELING, and PEER REVIEW) on how man made global warming is real.
Cons don't care. They'll accuse all these scientists of lying and being socialists who want to destroy capitalism or they'll say they're capitalists who are just after the gobal warming money. OR they'll say scientific consensus based on the evidence proves nothing.
Similarlly, you can cite historical evidence from the Census, Department of Labor, Department of Treasury, Bureau of Economic Analyses, and even the White House showing the economy growing faster under Keynesian Democrats then supply side Republicans.
Again, cons just don't care. They have a view and they will keep believing regardless of the evidence.

CHECK OUT MY OTHER QUESTIONS FOR EXAMPLES OF WHAT I MEAN.
LIBERALS WOULD NEVER ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM RIGHT-WING POLITICAL WEBSITES AND CONSERVATIVES WOULD NEVER ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM LEFT-WING WEBSITES.
THAT'S WHY I TRY TO KEEP EVERYTHING AS THIRD PARTY AS I CAN.
EVEN THIS APPROACH WILL NOT CONVINCE THEM.

TE,
By third party I mean citing well established scientific and government organizations like NASA, American Geophysical Union, the National Acadey of Science, Census, White House, Department of Treasury, etc.
