YES of course.

Just check first the power requirement of the card you like. The better cards might have a power draw that is beyond your PC's power supply capability.

But then, you always have the option to also upgrade your power supply in case you decide to go for the monster cards.

Look at your current video card. Bet it is PCI. Check out the edge connector. Get a card with the same type connector. Check the spec's on the new card sure it has more muscle than the old card

If the board have a PCI Express slot, its ok to install a graphics card.
