If you were planning to kill over 30 people in one day would it not make sense to be quiet and try to keep out of the limelight?
If he drew a lot of attention to himself he may have failed his mission. Its basically common sense.

Jim Jones was far from quiet. That crazy bastard killed about 1,000 people.
Hilter was far from quiet - took out a few million.
Though the craziest may not be the most quiet, the numerous red flags that popped up relating to Cho's character and mental state should have been enough to prevent this.
Sure hope VT has a good legal team - unfortunately, they are going to need it.

Not true...the popular crazy people become cult leaders or dictators and kill people by the thousands, instead of the dozens. Nothing is more terrible than the popular, sociable psychopath.
