There's 493 Pokemon now after the additions of 107 new Pokemon featured in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl.

in kanto there were 151 pokemon in all
In johto there were 251 pokemon in all
In hoenn there were 386 pokemon in all
And in sinnoh, there were 493 pokemon in all
