farthest planet would be neptune and the farthest dwarf planet would be Eris (Sedna is not considered to be in our solar system yet)

If you mean Pluto, it's technically not a planet anymore.

Neptune is now the 8th and the furthest, especially when confirmed by wikipedia (albeit a weak source).
