the answer is (B) beacuse new substances that is sodium and chlorine are formed by a chemical change. in (A) the solute can be regained by evaporation which is a physiacal change .in (c) the molten state can be change into solid by cooling which is again a physical change.in (D) again it is a physical test tasting because no new substances are formed.dou u know when a change is a physical or chemical? it is chemical when new substances are formed with new properties.ok so i think now u can easily judge things.

C is the answer.

A is not a chemical property of table salt.

B is true, but the question is not adking about electrolysis.

D...is welll...obviously not a chemical property..it's your tongue in action...

Table salt is a good conductor of electricity when molten because in the molten state, table salt exists as Na+ and (lets say the salt is NaCl) and Cl- ions. Electron flow is thus possible.
