I've gain a Diploma in Graphic & Multimedia Design. I heard that as a graphic designer, experience is much more important than a Degree. I now have 1 year working experience and wish to gain my Bachelor Degree. But I don't really want to give up my recent job. Should I go for it?

I'm not sure exactly what a Diploma in Graphic & Multimedia Design means. In graphic design, talent and experience (mostly talent) are usually more important than a degree, but some firms do require that you have a Bachelor of Science degree.

Tough one. Experience is best in this case, I believe. If you believe you require some more tips, some more growth, I think I would do both! Keep the job and take a part time class where you can talk to others, ask all the questions you want without feeling like you don't know what you're doing, etc... chool is cool for getting some good info, experience is great for using that info and beng challenged...

Your Bachelor's degree may well be in something. It helps to have a level with regards to the Masters you pick, although that is not a call for. case in point: I incredibly have Bachelor's in regulation Enforcement and a grasp's in tutorial Counseling... i'm a probation officer.

What is in your heart? Don't worry about whether you can get more money or more esteem, just ask yourself what you really want to do. Pick that, and you will always be glad you did it. I'm 55, and I just finished my degree in art in June. I never had any idea I would learn so much about the rest of the world, and how that would improve my art work. Happy, happy.
