I personally think that they shouldnt.

I would like to see if there are any positive effects of banning examinations in schools.

I know plenty of negative reasons but I would like arguments from both sides.

Thanks

I do not have any examinations in my management class .The coursework requires you to do excersizes in a text book and then share it with the rest of the class. Mostly seems to be just philosophical type questions or excersizes regarding ethics. These type of things would be hard to put a mark onto as they are purely just someone's opinion and most of the class revolves around insight instead of just right or wrong answers. Letter grades are given at the end of the semester, but it is only given to assess your ability to think critically as well as how well you have kept up on your assignments.

Yes I think so. Whats the point of going to school if you have to pass an exit exam to get out of school. Whats the point of test. Some are straight a students and can't pass it. The dummys take a guess and they pass it.

I am a very internally motivated person, and I used to think I personally would do better without testing, but I have found that my performance goes better exactly the opposite. I do better under the pressure of testing.
