No, not all soaps are antibacterial. The purpose of regular soap is, basically, to release the surface tension on your skin to break up dirt so you can wash it away. Antibacterial soap does that but also has active ingredients that kill germs.
I believe that the two types of soap are even evaluated differently before they can be sold. You should really see a doctor though about an infection.

I've heard "anti bacterial "is just a marketing ploy and that all soap is antibacterial. If you have a bad infection get some hydrogen peroxide or dettol.

I would suggest you to try Gamila's soap, it's considered by many the best soap, antibacterial, anti ... i've used it and like it a lot!!!
