Too many rats, not enough ship. Lack of moral compasses out there, and yes, it's been going on for decades. Lack of moral leadership in the home, lack of discipline in the schools AND at home, and a victim mentality fostered by a socioty that shifted to "entitlement" and "reform" as it relates to po' folk like meeeeeeeeeee.
eh, yes, it's increasing. That's why everyone should pack heat and have good aim.

Yes, too many pieces of **** from NYC, Philly, Pitt, and Baltimore are coming here to try to sell their ****ing drugs. With the drugs comes the violence and bugulaires etc.. The law is at least trying to keep the pressure on them though, is the only good news.
