Organs are similar in all mammals. If you look at them under a microscope, the liver cells of a rat look the same as a human's.
There are some differences relating to diet. Because rats have similar diets to humans, many of their organs are extremely similar, varying only in size. The organs of pigs are very similar to humans, in size and structure.
The gut in herbivorous animals might look different to omnivorous animals.
This is because we are all related, and these organs developed before we evolved from common ancestors with these other mammals.
