Some people are so insecure with their latent homosexuality that they act-out like adolescent children. I'm sure his life is not as great as he thinks. And making fun of others shows how insecure he is of himself. Its not like he will end up amounting to anything.

Because he is probably a ten or eleven year old kid, and he thinks it's funny to insult people like that. If people ignore him, he will probably go away.
