males inherently have a lower violence threshold with extended capacity over time (strength) because they're the "nest protector'.......hunter,gatherer ,kill for the brood,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,usually die earlier than female,,,,,,,,defect in animal brain(amigdala) might be genesis of a serial killers decision to act.........ladies have the nurturing quality inherent to motherhood,,,,,,,,might be a hormone triggered by the visual cortex everytime she sees a kid,,,,,,,any kid,,,,,,altho most boys do ok in this regard,,,,,,,,,occasionallly even a 14 year old goes wacko when babysitting an unfortunate neighbors kid.,,,,,the drug companies would rather see prozac mandatory for teenagers than gun control

i have a son, so i read ALOT of books regarding raising boys. and let me tell you something, they are complex little creatures. girls are alot tougher than we think. boys have real issues to deal with in life, like where they fit in in the big equation of things, and how their relationships are with their fathers and mothers. everything seems alot more intense with them. perhaps men/boys also feel their roles in life has been replaced, before the man was the breadwinner in the house. nowadays things have changed so much in life, that they feel 'unneeded'- i dont know. all i do know is that issues such as bullying and abuse, bad parent/child relationships affect boys alot more than it does girls...and not to dismiss girls needs, but i reckon more time and effort should be spent raising decent men.....
