All of these are true statements except for d. An angle can have many names the most drastic difference in naming an angle from degrees to radians, which measures angles as a funtion of Pi(3.14...) These are two completely different ways to name the same angle.
The answer that your teacher is probably looking for something else though.
So, imagine two rays connecting at a vertex and creating an angle - like a and b put together. Now draw a circle with the vertex as the center of it. There are now two anlges made by the two rays. The cirlce is 360 degrees, so the sum of the angles will always be 360. I think this is the explaination that your teacher will be expecting.
good luck

a) True. The point is called the vertex.
b) True. That's what defines an angle, even if you don't decide to extend the rays.
c) True. Otherwise it wouldn't be a ray, it would be a line segment.
d) False. If you had rays AC and AE, you could call the angle "CAE" or "EAC".

D is surely false. But for B, its not necessary that the sides of angles are rays. They can be segments too.
