The product that swampwalker put up is the most common bottled pod available - and I've seen them for up around $28 where I'm from. And Liveaquaria is a good site to buy from.

I don't know what your plans are for them, but I've answered a few questions on here about them recently, so I've been doing some reading on them. If you're looking at feeding them to marine fry, the species you're getting in Aquapods is too large for about 70% of fry species. If you're planning to feed them to adult fish (mandarins) some won't touch these, others will decimate a bottle's worth in a few days. There was an article about using them to feed marine fish in a nanoreef in Tropical Fish Hobbyist and one in Aquarium Fish International on using Aquapods (both by different authors, both were Feb. 2007 issues). Might be worth it to see if you can find copies of these before you spend the money on the product.

Dragonites, Mandarins & scooters just live off Amphipods and Copepods found on live rock & live sand. If you have a established reek tank, you already have Amphipods and Copepods in your tank. The Amphipods and Copepods multiply in your tank rapidly. This should be all that is needed for the fish's diet. I have not seen any of my Dragonites eat any prepared foods. they will just eat off the Rocks & sand. Hopefully you have not used copper in your tank, as this would have most likely killed the Amphipods and Copepods. Copper would also kill your Live Rock & LIve sand. If you think you are lacking the Amphipods and Copepods, your LFS should be able to give you a gup of Livesand from thier reef tank to spike up your live sand & rock. But again, this would be worthless if you have used copper in your tank. Good luck

Guaranteed to arrive alive but their extended guarantee isn't there. Trustworthy site. Under resources on the left side of the page see their 100% guarantee for more information. Not sure what your finances call cheap on this. Looks kinda pricey to me.

I don't excactly think it's possible to purchase fish or any live animal online, for they will probably die during shipping. Unless the site says that they will ship them in sealed water containers, I would suggest just buying them from a fish store.

Hope this helps!
