Go into BIOS setup at startup, and change it.
Try holding different F (function) keys as you computer boots. BIOS setup menu will appear.
Follow directions.

1. Sounds like it was set up as a partitioned drive. When you install Windows (or any operating system for that matter), you can make multiple drives.

2. See if the drive is formatted as NTFS. If it's formatted as FAT32, it is limited to 130gb.

In either case, you can use a tool like Partition Magic to change the partition formatting and size. If this is a new install, go back and delete the partitions, and make use the entire drive but use NTFS formatting.

the speed of ur PC is directly proportional to how many GIGS it can read from HDs. so if for example you only have an 800Mhz Com[puter, it will not recognize the whole HD. This is because your PC is set only to read a maximum number of GIGS. In your case the maximum is 130Gigs

you need to update you BIOS. you will have to check with whoever made it.
