I like to take a stuffed animal and tell the boy that the animal is going to make him well by nibbling all of the cookies out of his stomach. This will make him feel better soon.
Or you can get a toy and say that this toy is going to sit in his armpit and take his temperature. But the toy gets a little carried away and tickles the ribs every now and then.
I have a few nights of stomach virus to refer to. I hope this passes quickly for him and that both of you can get some rest.

What about some nursery rhymes... they are usually funny and don't make a whole lot of sence!
*Hey diddle diddle the cat played the fiddle, the cow jumped over the moon... the little dog laughed to see such a sport, the dish ran away with the spoon.
*Little Boy Blue come blow your horn the sheep's in the medow the cow's in the corn... say where's the little boy who looks after the sheep? Why he's under the haystack fast asleep.
*There was an old lady that lived in a shoe, she had so many children she didn't know what to do....
*Intsy wintsy spider...
*Mrs. Lucy had a baby, she named him Tiny Tim, she put him in the bathtub to see if he could swim, he drank up all the water, he ate up all the soap, tried to swallow the bathtub but it didn't go down his throat.....
Sorry FIngers are getting sore now, Good Luck! :)
