Not all the same products have been recalled. Only specific "numeric printed batches" that were processed on a particular time frame from factories that were tested are the ones being recalled.

Are you sure it's the same products that are recalled, or other products under the same brand name? Not everything from any particular brand, has been recalled.

As long as you, and other pet owners, remain knowledgeable about the pet food recall, then it shouldn't matter if the stores still stock the item, because you'll know better than to purchase it.

Plus, the recall refers only to products made between a specific date range, therefore what is on the shelves, may not be part of the recall.

It's all about money. Money is the reason why the food is still being sold. The only thing we can do is not buy the food... or if an owner does buy the food and the pet gets sick, perhaps a lawsuit can be filed.
