Try the problem from the other end. What are the things in life that are draining your energy? Some people can really be a challenge to interact with. Set some limits with the people and situations that drain you...you'll hopefully notice some improvements.

Well, it depends on a few things. First of all, how recent? If it's REALLY recent, you're probably suffering from allergies. They have symptoms other than hayfever, I promise, and in that case, wait it out, see a doctor, or try an antihistamine.
How's your sleep been? If you have an irregular sleep pattern, regulating it might get you back into things. For instance, besides the obvious like relatively steady bedtimes and waking times, face the sun when you get up for a few minutes, take big deep breaths first thing, and drink lots of water. Plus, don't use your bed for anything but sleeping for a while.
If it's depression, you can seek a professional or tackle it on your own by assessing any emotional drains, improving your diet, (stay away from junk food and too many carbs), taking vitamins, finding something else interesting to focus on, and yes, forcing some excercise into your routine. Eventually things will improve.
Or, it could just be diet. Take a look at what you've been putting into your body and see how it relates to what you're getting out of it.
Energy drain sucks, I hope you figure out what's sapping it from you, but whatever it is, don't give in! Pull yourself up by the bootstraps and put down the remote control!

Two reasons,, psychiatric, or physical.
If it's in your head, you'll be able to run it down, bad love life, bad family problem, lack of goals, lack of self esteem. All things like that, even money trouble can cause a big slow down.
Physical, not so pleasant. Diabetes onset. Lupus, several viruses, and a real barn burner, a parasite. There are several to chose from and they are epidemic in some parts of the country. Go bare foot much, own a dog or cat. You can scare yourself silly by getting on the CDC.gov website,. and looking up what there is. Hookworm, Toxi, this toxi that, various types, insidious things like tongue worms, Dermal Larva Migrans will just wow you. A big hitter, unknown to the standard human in America is Necator Americanus (the American Killer) According to Stoll (1947) 384.3 million infected worldwide, and 1.8 million in North America. The anemia alone will make you feel rundown. Chances of a biopsy being correct are less than 20%. And that's just one area. Get well honey, you worry us.

Hate to scare you but I would go for a blood test right away, that could be an early warning sign of diabetes.
If you have had no recent change to you lifestyle or body like for instance a significant weight loss/gain or are dealing with a personal crisis perhaps an ill family member or anything that may cause mental strain like school/university work, change in job or responsibility.
