Yes there are...... these are the guys running around the city in cowboy gear. Some may be transplanted westerners to the big cities but for the most part the Urban Cowboy is a wannabee.. the closest they ever got to working cattle is the steak placed before them ,and the only horse they ever ridden was the one on the merry_go_round
