You can see that 9t^2 is a power of two. Both 9 and t^2 can be represented as 3^2 and also t^2. So you have to calculate the square root of 9t^2 which equals 3t. You can also see that 4 is equal to 2^2 so we have

(3t+2)^2

which is a very easy binomial expression and it can be solved in this form:

(a+b)^2 = a^2 + 2ab + b^2
