Will PC2-6400 DDR2 512MB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM Desk Memory work in a Chipset Intel 945GC?

I am assuming you have an intel brand motherboard. For future reference the 945GC is the motherboard chipset and is in many other boards by other manufactures.
The intel motherboard can support up to DDR2 3200 or DDR2 4200 it probably will not support the DDR2 6400.

NOPE, only up to PC2 5300 (ddr2 667). Better get the i965 chipset.
