And what should be done about those relatinships involved with teachers that way? Everyone talks about the weapons and how Virginia Tech Gunman, Cho Seung-Hui, was sick in the head but why doesn't anyone talk about the relationship between the teacher and student he first killed? Is there anyone willing to admit they have been involved with a teacher more than just a "teacher student" relationship? Because there is too many teachers asking students out. How does everyone feel if that was the case for the shooting? Because it is a rumor.

Emily and I are from the same rural county/high school, & share many of the same friends.

She was not and had never dated the shooter. In fact, she has been dating her high school sweetheart for 3+ years.

Having known Emily and her family, there is absolutely no way she cheated on her boyfriend, either with cho or a teacher.

kendall, you are absolutely wrong. i will never understand why people who have no first hand knowledge try to act like they do. does it make you feel important or powerful to slander a dead girl's name?

kat, thanks for sticking up for erica. i heard about some of these questions on here, and her friends definitely have to stick together to stop these rumors and get the truth out. I'll see you saturday.

Erica was dating and loved Karl. Has ever since junior year in high school. Not only has he had to deal with losing his girlfriend and being treated like a suspect by the police, but people are constantly referring to her as a cheater or cho's girlfriend, which is the farthest thing from the truth.

I think that these are just some of the rumors that have been out there since the shootings. His roommates were on TV, and they said that he confessed to having an imaginary girlfriend. So, this guy probably didn't even have a girlfriend. He was probably looking for his imaginary girlfriend, who in his mind had probably become real by then in his crazed state of mind.

absolutely nothing to do with what went on if anything with his so called girlfriend and a teacher.
