I put a sandwich on the menu once called a Chicken BLT. On a toasted Kaiser roll, smear both sides with guac. Top with a grilled chicken breast, and a slice of Swiss to melt. Then bacon, tomato and lettuce.
It was a pretty good seller!

russian oysters- oysters (natural) with a sprinkling of caviar atop a dallop of sour cream.
or popcorn shooterz- oysters in a shot glass with a dash of chilli infused vodka, dash of tomato juice and spiced popcorn on top.
screaming bloody mary- vodka, mezcal, tomato juice, tobasco, worcestishire sauce, salt flakes and cracked black pepper and of course a stick of celery and slice of lemon and lime to garnish!!
all these are great to enjoy while waiting at the bar to be seated coz your resaurant is such a hot spot!!
