I'm not vegan, just mostly vegetarian, and I've had no problem finding items on the menus to accommodate me. And any higher end restaurant will do anything to accommodate you. Bistro Don Giovanni comes to mind, so does Etoile up at Domaine Chandon in Yountville. Silverado Country Club Pan-Asian), Mustard's, Rutherford Grill, Posticino. For Chinese (if that fits your diet) the best Chinese place in Napa is Joy Luck Club.

Napa Valley is nutty about their food and accommodates all diets. Hope I could help!

Hate to point out the obvious. Any decent Chinese or Thai restaurant will have vegan options with tofu substituted for any other meat. I wsa in Napa some years back, and unfortunately don't remember the names of any rest's. But there ought to be plenty of options in Calistoga, just north of Napa.

Japanese restaurants tend to lean more heavily on fish so tofu may be out of the question. Besides, tofu sushi sounds boring to me.
