I think that it would be advisable to go and see your optometrist, since you only get 2 eyes. It also wouldn't hurt to get yourself a high-end eye-patch and learn to speak like a pirate. I also understand that parrots live a very long time and can be very affectionate.
Have you given any thought to replacing your hand with a hook, or maybe a wooden leg?

If its bleeding, not from an injury, it is probably just a burst blood vessel. These should be pretty much painless however may take up to two weeks or so to go away.

If you want to keep your eyesight, you should see a Dr. Or at least call one, and they will help you better than anyone here. Good luck, hope you'll be OK.
