No...our dreams are usually about whatever we are stressed about but we dream because we are actually sleeping. It isn't considered deep sleep unless you dream and if you don't have dreams or can't remember them it means you have a sleep disorder. Deep sleep (dream sleep) comes right after REM (rapid eye movement) wich is the point right before you slip into deep sleep.

you dream as part of a natural cycle
However if you get little sleep the night before, you're supposed to have more vivid dreams the next night.
Also things like the food you eat and alcohol consumption can influence your dreaming.

it is natural for our unconscious mind to dream at night
an average person dreams at least 30 dreams a night.
people always dream every time they sleep (average : 8 hours)
but they just forget these dreams when they wake up

As I lie in bed waiting to go to sleep, i will think of something ( a celebrity or something else) and i have a dream about that celebrity or whatever else i was thinking of. Try it, sometimes it works.

When I am sleeeping in fresh mind and I am thinking in mind well. After when sleep then I start dreaming in early morning.
