there was this old woman at the newsagents
wanted to buy the local paper,but had forgot her purse

Random acts of kindness are what fill my heart with joy. I do them a lot, especially with kids and the elderly. It is such a joy to put a smile on someone else's face, and I really like to do it anonymously.

I got a neighbour he always borrows money from me and never returns it back and I have decided not to lend him any cent in future. The day before yesterday he came to my door and asked some money. I gave him the amount he needed. Now I am wondering what made me to do so?

Yesterday. Bloke in a wheelchair sitting alone outside a pub, sunny lunchtime, needed someone to go in and fetch him a drink.. I did, and paid for it. He's now offered me a job as his carer (got a job already so declined)

Yesterday, acted as an interpreter for two Spanish speaking ladies (not my job, on my own time) They were thrilled.

this evening. I washed, dried and put away the dishes for my wife while she out was milking the cows, I figured she was kind of tired after cleaning the barn and splitting that load of firewood this morning.

I listened politely to my always bitching co-worker and tried to sound neutral or at least understanding when I wanted to push him over in his chair and yell in his face,
"Shut the F-uck Up You Moron!"
