Some females can tell they're pregnant as early as this. Just read up on pregnancy symptoms. Unfortunately, a lot of the symptoms are similar to the feeling you get right before your period.
I knew within just 3 days something wasn't right with my body. I had been getting my period every 3 weeks and 1 day. And about 2.5 weeks later, I felt like I was going to get my period, and didn't. 3 days later, positive pregnancy test. I had never caught that I had been pregnant before this...some females just know.

well for me i started having all the symptoms early, and it was arounds 2 weeks of pregnancy, sore nipples, nausea, headache, appetite change, got sick with certain foods, frequent urination, all of those are signs that can occur anytime. also mood swings.

That's when some women have implantation bleeding. Most women do not have symptoms other than that though since it's so early, and they haven't even skipped their period. Although for some, like me, I felt like I was going to start my period and then I didn't.
