Don't shave. It won't actually grow back thicker, but the angle the hair gets cut at will make it look like it does.
Try a hair removal cream like NAIR or Veet, or even waxing or plucking or bleaching (use a cream bleach like Jolen). You can get any of these products at a drugstore or food/drugstore for under $10, and you'll like the results a lot more.

my trusty electric norelco shaver does just fine. do not use razor like the boys do. that can hurt. i could not stand the pain of waxing, so in between the times I have had laser hair removal treatment i just shave with the electric. i cannot use nair or other types of cream due to sensitive skin, so the shaver is the best option until I can go get the laser done again.
contrary to popular belief, hair doesn't grow back thicker or dark. total myth.

If you shave it stubble will grow there. Get it waxed instead, it's about $10-$20 at a salon. Or you can pluck the most visible hairs. Or just bleach the hairs, which will make them light and harder to see.

the best is laser if u can afford it ,n if u cant then go for waxing ,shaving will only make things worse for ur skin ,i had done it when i was in my teens n im repenting it today ...so u pls dont do the same mistakle of shaving ur upper lips

Dont shave! Threadding is supposed to be best but otherwise those wax strips are great! They are a tad painful but can be tolerated! Hope it works.

I must agree, don't shave!!!! I like to use nare, they make it specifically for your face so you don't have to worry about messing up your skin. I've been using it for years, just once every couple months. It's great! :)

dont shave, use wax. I use veet and it doesn't really hurt
